iOS Garage Reservation guidelines
Welcome to the iOS Garage, IPORT's experience center. We're pleased to offer this space to our partners for meetings, demonstrations, and events. Please review the following guidelines when submitting your reservation request:
Availability
- Reservations are subject to availability and require advance notice
- Standard availability is weekdays during business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PT)
- IPORT observed holidays are excluded from available dates. The holiday calendar can be found here.
Advance Notice Requirements
- Single-day reservations require a minimum of 7 business days advance notice
- Multi-day reservations require a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice
- Early morning (before 8:00 AM) or evening (after 5:00 PM) requests require a minimum of 2 weeks advance notice to ensure staff availability
Facility Access
- Reservations are limited to the iOS Garage and 1001 Calle Amanecer facilities
- Sonance facility tours are available upon request only and subject to separate approval
Additional Guidelines
- All reservations are subject to IPORT approval
- Partners are responsible for any equipment or materials needed for their event beyond standard facility amenities
- A primary contact must be designated for each reservation
- Cancellations or changes to approved reservations must be communicated as soon as possible
- Partners must comply with all facility rules and IPORT security protocols during their visit
Once your request is submitted, our team will review and respond within 2-3 business days to confirm availability or suggest alternative dates.
