ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

Orders placed before 12 PM Pacific Time will ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 12 PM Pacific Time will ship the next business day.

Delivery Timelines: Shipping times (e.g., "2-Day" or "Next Day") refer to transit time after the product leaves our warehouse. Orders ship from Fontana, CA.

Credit Card Verification: If there are issues processing your payment, your order may not ship on the same day. All credit card transactions are verified to prevent fraud.

Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO Boxes due to carrier limitations.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Taxes and Duties: For orders shipped outside of the United States, you are responsible for any applicable Taxes, VAT, and Import Duty upon receipt. IPORT is not responsible for these fees and cannot calculate them for you at checkout.

Responsibility: IPORT does not collect or pay these fees at checkout.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Return Window: IPORT products purchased from our webstore may be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase for a refund or product exchange.

Return Request: To initiate a return, email us at orders@iport.io with your request.

Shipping Costs: If you are returning a product that is in transit or already received, you may be responsible for shipping and handling fees to send the product back.

Product Condition: Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. If a product shows signs of abuse, we will contact you to discuss your options.

Refund Processing: Refunds are issued after the product is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement from the time it is issued.
